科研简介:主要基于生物信息学手段开展肿瘤精准治疗研究,包括肿瘤新生抗原、免疫治疗基础研究及癌症多组学的测序数据分析挖掘。相关研究已以表第一/通讯作者作者在Journal for ImmunoTherapy of CancerMolecular CancerOncoimmunologyMolecular OncologyCarcinogenesis等杂志发表SCI论文8篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,省部级项目2项,市厅级项目3项。2023年入选福州市高层次人才(D类)。
